Honest Workout Guide Poster
Let’s be honest: working out sucks. Like a lot. But this poster is a lighthearted reminder to probably do it anyway.
Illustrations were hand carved into wood blocks and printed along with hand set metal and wood type on 13 x 22 French Paper using a Vandercook press.
